Students are expected to have English language proficiency. UK students can show this by having a Higher or GCSE in English. As for the international applicants, evidence of attainment equivalent to IELTS for UKVI (Academic) at 6.0 overall (with no less than 5.5 in every component) from a UKVI approved test center is normally required.
